1. Even Avoiding My Allergens, i cant seem to get away from the pain. I Think Its Food in general. Whatever i eat my digestive system seems to malfunction and break down. i think i should just stop eating all together.except when i don’t eat for a period of time, my abdomen kills (which is the exact thing that happens when i do eat). this is so exhausting. i don’t even know how to deal with this. I’m so sick of all of the pain. this is so unbelievable, with all my problems, I’m afraid ill end up developing an eating disorder on top of all of it.

     
  2. I Stopped going to the gym for the past month now, i feel disgusting. I’m not active and i never really have been.i want to be. i need to loose weight because i don’t even want to look in a mirror anymore, i don’t Feel Good. & I am 5 pounds away from my heaviest weight. I Have Flunked on my diet (gluten free vegetarian, -egg, milk, peanut, cocoa, cinnamon and beef free) But I’m trying Again. But Now I’m Eliminating Soy, And I Wont Give Up.

    Ive Made It. Ive Been A Gluten Free Vegan For Two Days and I’m Praying that I can continue. This Is Such a Challenge. But Its My Only Way For Feeling Better. I Will Overcome And Dominate My Diet. && I Will Be Successful.
